About The Author 

Daniel has studied privately with many instructors, including: Tom Quayle, Gerald Klickstein, Scott Sawyer, Chris Parrello, Brian Seeger, Ralph Bowen, and Eric Gales. He has attended master classes with: Pat Metheny, John Scofield, Steve Swallow, Antonio Sanchez, John Pattituci, Bill Stewart, Kurt Rosenwinkel, Russell Mallone, Joe Beck, Manuel Barrueco, Branford Marsalis, Steve Vai, Mark Lettieri, Tom Quayle, Andy Wood, Paul Gilbert, Jimmy Herring, Oteil Burbridge, Joe Satriani, Hubert Sumlin, Andrew York, and many others.

 

As a clinician, Daniel has presented with world renowned musicians such as Steven Rothery, Mike Steinel, and Andrew York at: The British Guitar Academy, Charlotte Guitar Festival, UNCSA, Guilford College, Guitarganza, and The National Guitar Workshop. He holds his undergraduate degree in Classical Guitar from University of North Carolina School of the Arts. And in 2020 received his Masters of Music in Jazz guitar from University of New Orleans on a full ride scholarship. Daniel has taught over 20,000 guitar lessons over the last 15 years as a professional guitar instructor. He currently resides in Asheville, NC and teaches online.
